CLINIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking & Payment
The total clinic fee is $290 per participant.
A $150 deposit is payable at the time of booking to secure your place.
The remaining $140 balance is payable one week prior to the clinic.
Places are limited to 10 participants per day and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
A minimum of 6 participants is required for each clinic day to proceed.
Participant Cancellations & Transfers
The $150 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel your booking, however, you may transfer your place to another suitable participant.
If you are unable to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement participant for your place. Sevyson does not guarantee that a replacement participant will be found.
Any replacement participant must be approved by Sevyson and must complete the required booking information and agree to the applicable clinic requirements before participating.
Once the $140 balance has been paid, it is non-refundable if you subsequently cancel or are unable to attend, subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Balance Payments
The $140 balance is due one week prior to the clinic.
If the balance has not been received by the due date, Sevyson may release the participant’s place to another person. The $150 deposit will remain non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Minimum Numbers
A minimum of 6 participants is required for each clinic day to proceed.
If the minimum number is not reached, Sevyson may cancel that clinic day. If Sevyson cancels the clinic day for this reason, participants will be notified and payments made for that clinic day will be refunded.
Changes or Cancellation by Sevyson, the Clinician or Venue
Every effort will be made to conduct the clinic as advertised. However, circumstances may arise that require changes to the clinic, including changes to the timetable, venue or clinician, or cancellation of the clinic.
If the clinic cannot proceed, Sevyson will notify affected participants as soon as reasonably possible and will communicate the arrangements for any applicable refund or alternative arrangement.
Participant Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they and their horse are suitable to participate in the clinic.
Participants must comply with reasonable directions from the clinician, Sevyson and the venue, and with applicable venue rules and requirements.
Participants may also be required to complete documentation, waivers or other requirements provided by the clinician and/or venue before participating.
Acceptance
By completing your booking and payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
